CUSTOMER CARE
At Prakriti, by Karnica, we are committed to supporting your health and wellness journey. We work together to address your specific concerns and goals through our carefully designed programs. All appointments are scheduled in advance, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. If a session is missed without notice, it may be forfeited. Payments for all programs are to be made in full and in advance, and offers or discounts may be adjusted at our discretion.
Cancellations must be made before the first session to receive a 50% refund. If any sessions have been conducted, no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to cancel a program if it no longer aligns with your best interests, in which case refunds will be given based on the services already rendered.

Any information shared with us during your sessions will be kept confidential and never disclosed to third parties unless legally required. At Prakriti, we believe in the importance of transparency and safety, ensuring that every product or service offered is backed by our dedication to your well-being.
